Let's talk

OUT LOUD

We often hear talking is good. Sometimes it can be hard to know who to talk to and where to start, often struggling to even make sense of what we want to say and what we expect from the person we are talking too. Listening is key but connecting with someone who wont judge you and make you feel comfortable to allow you to express yourself may be hard to find. These are some of the reasons I want to offer a platform for people to not only talk but to listen to others stories as well as professionals shedding light on how and where to find info and tools to help someone's self development and ability to adopt coping skills.

 

Joining a community of people who can relate with each other and offer support can be life changing in terms of helping people take the first step in getting the help they need to lead a better, happier life.

FACEBOOK GROUP

I have a let's talk OUTLOUD private Facebook group where I will be sharing information and free resources to provide help and support for those struggling. This group will be where I will be streaming the group mental health chats which will be broadcast to multiple podcast platforms. Make sure your involved to have your say! You can join via:

YOUTUBE CHANNEL

All of the zoom sessions will be recorded and put onto YouTube which others can watch and hopefully they can take something away from each session. These sessions will be moving over to a podcast in the next few months. If you would like to join a session to share a story or have skills and tools you would like to share, please get InTouch.
