Our primary focus is on providing services to individuals who are vulnerable and living in poverty. These services include tools, advice, and support that enable people to live their best life. We wish to enhance people's comprehension of the mind and body, empowering them to challenge limiting beliefs and make positive changes towards living their best life as well as accessing community resources, workshops, services and events that aid in self-care and development.

Building a supportive community
An important objective is to also foster a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences and receive professional advice, as well as encouragement from fellow members.
To achieve this, we have created a closed facebook group - 'Lets talk out Loud'

As a part of our "Let's Talk Out Loud" campaign, we will host live talk sessions with guests that will be broadcasted on various podcast platforms. Additionally, we will livestream these sessions on the Facebook group, allowing members to participate in real-time discussions (link provided above).
Holistic Affiliation
Our goal is to provide free and affordable services to those in need, but in order to achieve this, we must source revenue from alternative avenues. We have opted to feature select affiliate products, as well as sell merchandise to the public. Not only does this help raise awareness about mental health and promote positivity, but it also aids in fulfilling our mission.
