Really thinking about how to actually be your true self. Unravelling conditioned values and beliefs and asking the right questions to figure out who you really are. No doubt we are complex and that's ok!


Also having a better understanding of the inner workings of the pain and pleasure receptors and that balance is key! Too much dopamine can mean that eventually, you stop experiencing pleasure. Too much pain, could flip and you would then gain pleasure, however, people don't allow pain to flow.
